Client: United Airlines / ARUP Location: Houston, TX Cignus utilized AirTOp fast-time simulation modeling to assess Terminal B development options at Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH). Collaborating with United operations staff and the local ATC Tower, Cignus developed comprehensive airfield and airspace simulation models to evaluate operational impacts, capacity, and delays for proposed passenger terminal development plans. Deliverables: – Baseline models for East and West Flow configurations – Alternative option models for Terminal B expansions through 2033 – ConOps and SOP definition for future apron operations – Analysis using current and forecasted Design Day Flight Schedules
